Kindly read the below Do’s & Don’ts carefully for your comfortable stay at our villa.

• RIGHTS OF ADMISSION RESERVED
• Kindly provide valid original ID of all the guests at the time of check in and sign our register while checking out. Check in 2.00 pm & Check out 12.00 am. Cleaning and maintenance of villa would be between 12.00 am to 2.00 pm
• Kindly switch off the power (AC, Lights, and Fan etc) and close water taps when not in use and while leaving the rooms/villa. Kindly check all your valuables/personal belongings etc during your stay and before leaving/checking out as our staff /management shall not be responsible for any personal losses.
• Please hand over the keys to the manager/housekeeping while leaving and checking out of the villa.  Loss of key shall be charged extra @ 300/- per key.
• Please do not shift the furniture from its original place. Please maintain the property at all times. Any stain, damage, breakage or loss due to any reason shall be charged extra to cover losses/damages etc of all kinds.
• Kindly maintain discipline on volumes, sound etc so other guests are not disturbed and peace is maintained at all times. We do not allow outside catering /food /DJ’s or any other source of entertainment or extra guests beyond the number of booking/check in or on spot.
• We allow maximum 6 persons per villa including extra beds (one each in bedroom).
• Check out after 24 hours shall be charged as one full day room tariff.
• We do not offer / allow liquor / intoxicants nor make such arrangements.
• Please do not smoke in beds.
• Please use table and chairs for dining to avoid stains etc at other places in the villa.
• Room service & cleaning staff shall not be available from 7.30 pm to 8.30 am .Kindly procure your requirements accordingly.
• We do not accept bookings of Unmarried Couples/Singles & Stags.
• CC TV cameras are installed on the outside for safety and security purposes.
• Do not harm the wildlife or any other living creature inside or outside the premises or in the buffer zone. Please maintain speed restrictions at all times.  Guests are requested to report any such matter to the forest officials, if any untoward incident happens.
• Register/Check in List is maintained with supervisor/housekeeping for your valuable inputs and comments which may please be used on or before Check In/Out as would help us to understand reviews to serve you better.
• Each Villa is equipped with inverter and battery with a back up for few lights and fans only for 2-3 hours in case of power outage or disruption.
• Cancellation/Refund Policy: No show 100% Non- Refundable, 75% refundable 30 days before booking dates, 50% refundable 20 days before booking dates & 25% refundable 10 days before booking dates.

• Please be cautious and careful with insects and reptiles in the surrounding areas
